6 Months

Height: 26", 50%
Weight: 15lbs 14oz, 50%
Head: 43cm, 75%

Okay. I've been saying it for months, but this is now my favorite age. Developmentally Elle has grown immensely in the past month. Eager to explore the world around her, she will grasp anything to see what noise it makes, how it feels and what it tastes like. She will share a smile with anyone and LOVES being outdoors. She has started solids and the menu now includes rice cereal, sweet potatoes, butternut squash and bananas. Most of which end up on her face, in the folds of her neck or on the floor.

We have had so much fun with her these first 6 months and from what I hear it just gets better.

It wouldn't be bath time without Bevo!...

We spent Thanksgiving with all the Pannier's, including the newest member, Annabelle...

Did I mention we were in Texas?...

Ellery's first time meeting her TX cousins. Here she is with sweet sweet Mollie...

Thanks for sharing all of your toys with Elle!! Sorry if she left them a little wet with slobber...

If their rugby buddies could see them now...

The Dallas World Aquarium was awesome!...

Grandma Kathy spoils me, but I love it...

Gobble Gobble...

We have a lot to be thankful for each year but this year has been especially good to us. Ellery has brought so much joy to our lives and what Zach often says pretty much sums it up..."we're pretty lucky, huh?" I'd say so.

5 months

Out for a walk with my girls...

Jordy-Lou's 8th Birthday...

It wouldn't be a dance party without the disco ball, a fog machine and Miley Cyrus! Jordan's Club came complete with a bouncer (Jeff), a guest list and wristbands. Don't get any ideas Elle, I can't top it...

"It's my birthday!" (and my hair is still crimped from last night)...

Uh, not quite...

Nope...

There we go!...

What a difference 8 years make...

Dave & Busters...

So when do they realize they're not actually playing? Faster Rian! You gotta beat Uncle Zach!...

Look how serious he is :) ...

My little love...

Daddy's 31st Birthday! Not quite as cool as Jordan's but a close second, right?

Baby's 1st Halloween!

Yummy...

Our Lady Love Bug...

Awwww...

DPR's Halloween Party with Mark, Carolyn and Katie...

4 months! (well, almost)

I never knew I could love this much.  Sometimes while showering her with kisses I feel like I could nibble off her ear or something!  Is that weird?  Any mommies out there know what I'm talking about?  Anybody?  I mean, I even love her breath!

The last 4 months have been the best of my 28 years.  And the last 2 months have been filled with so many San Diego adventures I'm fairly certain Ellery will grow to love this city just as much as her daddy and I.

Sweet Sweet Summertime...

Me and my little one at the butterfly garden...

First time at the SD Zoo!...

It's exhausting!...

Birch Aquarium with my buddies Claire, Jillian & George...

Taking Nola to Dog Beach...

Sea World!...

Claire took this dress off her teddybear and gave it to Elle in case she had a blowout.
It happened...

Cleavage?  Already?...

Love this picture...

Monday night football in "daddy's love seat"...

Elle's first flight was up to Lake Tahoe for my cousin Elisa's wedding. Such a beautiful bride...

The location was gorgeous, right on the water...

Cousin JT on the guitar, Grandma Ann dancing (that was just the beginning!) and there's Jordan in the background, performing on the tree stump.  She said this was the best night of her life.  Ever.

We stayed with Grandma Wanda in Tahoe.  Pre-wedding, hanging out with Auntie Marla and cousin Rian.

Back in Auburn at Grandpa Vance's.  Elle wasn't so interested in the horses...

But she loved the back hoe!!...

Almost as much as Grandpa Vance...

Great Grandpa on the other hand...

So funny!
