Ellery. A Big Sister!

Yep, it's true! I'm really pregnant! This is not a surprise to most of you however, I've been waiting until my first appointment to go big with the news. You would have thought the 3 tests that confirmed my pregnancy would have been sufficient but I felt so un-pregnant that I started to worry things may not be working out. Needless to say I went into my Monday morning appointment a little guarded but hoping for the best. thump thump thump thump. Ahhhhh, the best sound ever! Ellery got spooked when the lights went out for the ultrasound so she hopped up on my lap and stared at the monitor. I was moved to tears to see this itty bitty baby flailing it's arms around. When the doctor said "there's the baby!" Ellery started waving to it. We are so thrilled that everything is going well and just extremely thankful that this feeling of "normal" is just because this baby is being so good to me.
Our due date is April 25th, another spring baby!!
