September -- here one day, gone the next.

It was a busy month, but oh so good.

Making smores at Mima's...

I was able to escape mommy-hood for a weekend and hopped a flight to San Fransisco.  My dear friends (and one incredible aunt) Leah, Amy and Auntie Di welcomed me with open arms and it was just what I needed.  No diapers, sippy cups or a baby on the hip... just me myself and a local brew...

As great as it was to get away, I missed my babies and couldn't wait to get that shoulder snuggle from Beck...

A week later we were off to Denver to visit the other Pannier's who recently moved there.  Dave and Kathy met us there as well and it was such a treat to have everyone together.
Sweet lil' Annabelle...

Mama Haley...

Grandpa Dave and the gal who stole a piece of my heart, Mollie...

Uncle Lee and his baby girl...

I almost stuffed her in my suitcase to bring her back with me...

Love Kathy in this one...

 Beck and Mollie perfecting cornhole...

They all fit!...

Denver Zoo!...

Awww...

And back in SD at the San Diego Zoo!  I really need to figure out an easy way to upload videos to this blog because the song "We got more bounce in California" came on just before a show and Beck was showing off his moves.  It was so cute...

They both got kissed and beaded...

I snapped a picture of this Condor because he tried to eat Beck.  If there wasn't a glass wall between the bird and my boy, Beck would have been lunch.  Beck walked up to the glass and the bird started frantically hitting the glass with his beak, flapping his enormous wings and scratching his talons on the glass.  This Condor was huge and Beck, understandably, was pretty spooked...

So entertaining watching 4 year olds play soccer!  RiRi even scored a goal!  Go Rian!!!!...

I have a lot more to say about our adventures, my wild man and my funny girl but I'm just too tired.  I was thinking I'll add my thoughts at a later date but after looking at our October on the calendar, not sure when that will happen.  Happy Fall Everyone!
